The 40 pound propane gas deep fryer features three highly efficient tube red, cast iron burners that ensure a wide heat-transfer area for consistent and even heat distribution. It is equipped with a durable temperature probe that detects temperature changes and triggers a prompt burner response. The temperature range for this model is from 200°F (93°C) to 400°F (204°C). Additionally, it is equipped with a Millivolt safety control system for added safety. Cleaning is a breeze as every inch of the frypot and cold zone can be easily wiped down by hand. The frypot is designed with a large cold zone and a forward sloping bottom, which aids in collecting and removing sediment, thus maintaining the quality of the oil and facilitating regular frypot cleaning. This product is backed by a 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty, with a 5 Year Warranty specifically covering the oil tank.
