The commercial 70 pound natural gas deep fryer is equipped with Five highly efficient tube red, cast iron burners that create a significant heat-transfer area, ensuring even and reliable heat distribution. Our temperature probe, known for its durability, quickly senses temperature changes and activates the burners accordingly. The temperature range for the DCF5-LPG/DCF5-NG model is between 200°F (93°C) and 400°F (204°C). Additionally, it comes with a Millivolt safety control system. The frypot and cold zone can be easily cleaned and wiped by hand, leaving no inch untouched. The frypot's large cold zone and forward sloping bottom aid in collecting and removing sediment, safeguarding the quality of the oil and facilitating routine frypot cleaning. Lastly, the product comes with a 1-year warranty for parts and labor, and a 5-year warranty specifically for the oil tank.
