The food preparation table for commercial use is made with stainless steel both on the inside and outside, ensuring its durability. It is equipped with digital controls for temperature adjustment and an LED display for precise monitoring. The temperature range is approximately 33 to 41°F, with an ambient temperature of 100.4°F. The table has overall dimensions of 72 1/4? x 31 1/2? x 45 5/8?. It also includes automatic defrosting and 30 1/6 pan containers. Moreover, the Mega Top model comes with an additional row of containers to provide increased storage capacity. The table is designed with three adjustable and removable wire shelves, a recessed door handle for a sleek appearance, and six locking swivel casters (6”) for easy mobility and positioning. The compressor, which is mounted at the bottom and has a heavy-duty 1/4 HP, ensures efficient performance. This commercial refrigerator complies with the NSF/ANSI 7 Standard for Commercial Refrigerators and Freezers. It is also listed by ETL and certified for sanitation by ETL.
